The forearm is retracted to the shoulder to the limit, the palm is upward, and the dart body is approximately horizontal; Keep your elbow still, turn your wrist forward and drive your forearm to make an arc motion to throw the dart. Note that your hand should follow the original direction after taking off the dart, so as to ensure the flight route after taking off the dart.
