Standing posture: when throwing darts, your feet should stand behind the dart line, your front feet should form a certain angle with the dart line, your body should lean forward slightly, take the foot on the same side of the darter as the support point, and the other foot should extend naturally backward to maintain balance. Roll sideways, with the shoulder on one side of the darter facing the dart plate, straighten your chest, lift your hips, lift your upper arm parallel to your shoulder, and lift your lower arm naturally. Keep your body steady when throwing electronic darts.
Method of holding darts: the method of holding darts varies from person to person. There is no strict regulation. However, experienced people show that the way of holding a dart with a brush is the most stable. The thumb and index finger must be at the back of the center of gravity of the dart, and the middle finger should be at the front of the center of gravity. This way is conducive to better control of the finger in the process of force and make the dart fly smoothly.
Basic dart throwing movements: after maintaining the correct standing posture, other parts of the body should be stable when throwing darts. Use the forearm to drive the wrist and hand to throw the dart. At the moment of soft tip darts throwing, the hand movement remains straight and sags naturally after dart. Attention shall be paid to maintaining consistency during darting, and other parts of the body shall not move except forearm, wrist and hand. During the process of darting, you must concentrate and pay attention to prevent hand shaking. When throwing darts, pay special attention to the feeling of hands, wrists and forearms. Each time the feeling is the same as possible, so as to fix the throwing posture and stabilize the technical action. When adjusting in different areas, keep the upper body posture unchanged, and adjust the standing posture mainly by moving the waist (front and bottom) and supporting legs (left and right).
Hanging height of dart tray: refers to the distance from the center point of the dart tray to the ground, generally 1.73 meters. Linear distance between dart line and dart tray: 2.37M.
