How do you play darts? Of course, first you have to prepare dart equipment: tungsten alloy darts and dart targets. At present, there are many kinds of darts and dart targets on the market. It is suggested to use regular equipment as much as possible at the beginning of practice to avoid spending time and energy to adapt to new equipment in the later stage. In addition to equipment, beginners also need to master the introduction technology of darts shafts, learn the basic technical action essentials and requirements of darts, master the correct practice methods and strengthen the practice of basic skills.
Basic technical action Essentials: holding darts. Put the dart on the palm edge, find its center of gravity, roll the dart to the tip of four fingers with your thumb, put your thumb a little behind the center of gravity, and hold it with your fingers. It is necessary to keep the dart tip slightly upward. The dart must be held stably, but not too tightly. At least three fingers should be used to hold the darts. Using more fingers will be better controlled, but it will be more difficult to release. The fingers that do not hold the dart need to be stretched out or maintain the same position as other fingers. Clenching the fist will make other fingers too nervous. It is more difficult to release, and it is easy to rub the dart that flies out, affecting the accuracy. If you use tungsten alloy darts, you will find that its volume will be smaller than other darts, with good texture, heavy weight and better hand feeling. More importantly, it is durable. The flying stability of darts in practice is better. It is a special dart for competition at present.
